The Neo-Eclectic style takes a blend of historical and contemporary designs to create a custom look. That’s what Somma Studios (Portsmouth, NH) created when designing this home and it was great to team up with them for this project, especially given the beautiful waterfront setting. We had to keep some of the existing foundation, but for the most part we completely gutted the existing structure to build new. The homeowners had great vision and style and they’ve made their space come alive with their selections, artwork, and cool ideas for built-ins and kitchen features. Our carpenters and cabinetmakers loved the creative pieces, especially the modern kitchen and custom glass staircase which is a stunning feature in the entryway to the home.
